We won our court case by default. The real estate company didnt show up. While this means I now have a judgement in an amount to make moving rather smooth... I now have to figure out how to get the money, something tells me it wont be easy

These kinds of organizations are used to people not demanding things, and just rollling over and letting them take advantage of them. Just don't wimp out. be rude and demanding and threaten them with all means necessary to get what you want.
