Communism in the Bible

I was watching Fiddler on the Roof tonight with the boys. We went to see it live but Eliana couldnt make it through the whole show so we only saw half, now we are watching the movie. Anyway, I was newly amused at the line about the Bible teaching through Lavin and Jacob that we should never, never trust an employer.

We made Greek pottery today. It is hard to find an activity to go along with Aristotle. They arent very big cause I didnt have much clay but it was fun anyway.

Decision

The first job called back and offered a permanent position. We have decided to accept. Although rather a serious paycut it does have benefits and permanence. BJC wanted a week to decide and it was only a contract position. It means a lot of reorganizing. Probably moving closer to the city, trying to find a car with better gas mileage, I am not sure about my job- the schedule probably has to change but we will see what happens.

Phone interview today went very well. Real interview tomorrow at 8am- this is the dream job! Keep it in prayers.

Job----

Well... after much discussion, opinion seeking, and prayer we made a decision. It may not conform the most to human reason but it is what we feel G-d has told us to do. Micheal is going to take the job if they will hire him directly. If they want to go through the contract process he is going to pass. This may seem crazy to some but it is time for us to settle down and this is the path we feel led to.

Ok they are still going to offer the job. But now we arent sure we want it. There were some drawbacks in the first place and now he has had a lot of other interest (interviews not offers) and we arent sure he should settle, especially after this strange episode.
